STAT-Recognition
A thank-you from someone who was there — given in the moment, by a patient, family member, or colleague.
How it happens
A patient, family member, or colleague scans a code, picks the person, and taps one or two things they did well. It takes about ten seconds and asks for nothing else.
There is no free-text box. That is deliberate — it means no medical detail can be entered by accident, and it is why a recognition can be published without anyone having to read it first.
What the person keeps
Either way, the result is the same kind of thing: a permanent record that can be checked from any phone, that survives a change of employer, and that cannot be quietly altered or withdrawn — including by the organization that issued it.
A formal honour conferred by the organization — for exceptional service, or for years of it.
